Beautiful Isola Bella

Sometimes you think you're starting to get a handle on Italy, and then someone introduces you to somewhere completely different, new and magical.



Like Isola Bella.

This tiny island on Lake Maggiore, with its incredible palazzo and captivating terraced gardens, is an absolutely wonderful place to spend an afternoon in peaceful beauty and contemplation. It's an easy day-trip from Milan as well.
